The Estudio Luminar Creative Contest is open to legal residents of Argentina who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be individuals; group entries are not permitted under a single name, though a winning individual may use the prize for a group project if applicable. Employees, officers, and directors of Estudio Luminar, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
To enter the Contest, eligible individuals must complete the official online entry form available in the #entry-form section of this landing page during the Contest Period, which runs from October 26, 2024, to November 20, 2024. The form requires accurate information including full name, email address, and social media handle. A brief description of the proposed video project idea is also mandatory and will be a key factor in judging. In addition to submitting the form, entrants must follow the official Estudio Luminar account on at least one of Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Finally, entrants must share the official contest announcement post from one of Estudio Luminar's official social media profiles on their own public social media profile or story, including the hashtag #EstudioLuminarContest. Profiles must remain public until winners are announced for verification purposes. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
Winners will be selected by a panel of qualified judges appointed by Estudio Luminar. The judging panel will evaluate eligible entries based on the creativity, originality, and feasibility of the submitted video project idea descriptions. Judges will also verify that entrants have met all the entry requirements, including following Estudio Luminar on social media and sharing the announcement post with the correct hashtag. The judging process will take place after the entry deadline (November 20, 2024) and before the winner announcement date (November 30, 2024). The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for any reason.
The prizes awarded in this Contest are as follows: one (1) Grand Prize of a Full Professional Video Production Package, one (1) Second Prize of a Post-Production Editing & Color Grading Package, and one (1) Third Prize of a Consultation & Concept Development Session. Specific details and approximate retail values (ARVs) are outlined in the Prizes section of this landing page. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered, except at the sole discretion of Estudio Luminar. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form within seven (7) days following the winner announcement date (November 30, 2024). Potential winners must respond to the notification email within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
